Michael has been with Ashton Wheelans since 2013 although took a 2 year break to travel and work in London.

After spending this period working on large scale business transformation and change management projects, Michael returned to the firm in 2019 and brought back a wide range of business experience. He now puts this into practice working with clients to develop and grow their businesses beyond just the numbers by providing practical advice and solutions to business owners and organisations.

Michael enjoys working with entrepreneurial businesses that are either in start-up or redevelopment phases looking for support as they grow and scale their businesses. He also works with a number of Not-For-Profits having spent time in governance roles at both local and regional levels.

Michael comes from agricultural roots on Banks Peninsula and has a passion for sport and the outdoors. Spare time is usually spent on the squash court or the mountain bike.
